Challenge
“A US senior-care community partner needed an app that elderly patients could actually use - secure, simple, multilingual, and tightly connected to clinicians.”

Build
We built a Zoho Creator-powered mobile app with OTP-only authentication, five-language support, and a communicator structured around how patients feel ("I Have Pain" with a body-diagram marker, "I Need", "I Feel"), self-reporting for falls and ER visits, a community layer, and an assessment-scoring engine for clinical triage.
Outcome
Patients feel connected; clinicians get cleaner, faster data and can triage quickly.
