Build
We did what we recommend to clients: mapped what the site actually needed to do, picked a modern stack (Next.js 16, React 19, Supabase, OpenAI, Resend, Vercel), and rebuilt it end to end. We paired with Claude Code as a senior pair-programmer under direct human review - every change through a real pull request, preview build, and review pass before merge.

A CMS-driven marketing site with an on-site AI assistant, a Typeform-style quote intake that generates draft estimates, and a change-to-live cycle under 10 minutes - on infrastructure with predictable cost.
Deliverables
What the system does — functionality shipped.
- Same-day rebuild cycle: change to PR to preview to merge to live in under 10 minutes. Marketing site replaced with a CMS-driven build (services, portfolio, blog, team, careers, contributions all driven by Supabase). On-site AI assistant (Aora) that knows our services, portfolios, and the page the visitor is currently on. Typeform-style get-quote intake that verifies the email by OTP, blocks public webmail + disposable domains via OpenAI, multi-selects services and case studies, and generates a draft estimate + SOW + week-by-week implementation plan with a hidden internal rate. Signed, 1-hour-expiring PDF download links so quotes cannot be replayed. Schema.org-rich pages for sitelinks. Lighthouse performance and accessibility above 95 on the main pages. Zero monthly hosting cost overrun thanks to Vercel + Supabase free tiers in dev, predictable cost in prod.
