Why it matters

ERP Implementation

Full ERP rollouts - Zoho, Odoo, or custom - phased, supported, and accepted by the team that has to use it.

ERP done right is ERP your team actually uses.

We run full-scale implementations - Zoho One, Odoo, or custom - covering discovery, process mapping, configuration, integrations, data migration, training, and the messy first ninety days after go-live. Our approach is unapologetically pragmatic: start with the minimum viable ERP that solves the most painful workflow, prove it, then layer modules as the team is ready. No 18-month death marches. No big-bang cutovers into Friday afternoons.

A rollout the team accepts

Most ERP projects fail on adoption, not technology. We run full ERP rollouts - Zoho, Odoo, or custom - phased, with the operations team in every demo, so the people who have to use it actually do.

  • Phased rollout with fixed scope per phase
  • Operations team involved from day one
  • Go-live only when the last phase is trusted
Capability 01

ERP Implementation

A rollout the team accepts

Your data, migrated and verified

An ERP is only as good as the data in it. We plan the migration carefully, clean what needs cleaning, and verify both sides so the new system launches with numbers your team trusts.

  • Migration planned, cleaned, and reconciled
  • Both-side verification before go-live
  • Historical data preserved and accessible
Capability 02

ERP Implementation

Your data, migrated and verified

Supported long after go-live

We do not disappear at launch. ERP needs tuning, training, and a real human to call - so we stay with quarterly reviews and retainer support for the businesses that want it.

  • 30-day hypercare after every go-live
  • Quarterly reviews to keep the system healthy
  • Retainer support - available, never forced
Capability 03

ERP Implementation

Supported long after go-live

Team Fit

Companies graduating from spreadsheets and disconnected tools

Manufacturers needing one source of truth across sales, inventory, and finance

Distributors juggling multiple warehouses and carriers

Service businesses tracking projects, time, and billing in silos

Outcomes

We do not stop at "shipped". Here is the kind of impact our clients actually see.

One ERP of record across sales, operations, and finance

Real-time visibility into inventory, cash, and project margins

Clean data migrated from legacy systems with reconciliation reports

A trained team that owns the day-to-day - we step back, not in

Stable Stack

Picked for stability and longevity, not novelty.

Ruben, Abdul, and Isaiah — I cannot say enough good things to describe the level of your professionalism. We were looking for someone with your level of expertise and service orientation for 3 years. From the first call, when Ruben was able to solve a problem that 10 experts before him could not solve, we have been using AorBorC services for over 4 years now. Every project is done in the most efficient manner, and we get support on the spot when something goes wrong. 100% recommendation — guys, THANK YOU.

Healthcare AI Triage Assistant
Healthcare

Healthcare AI Triage Assistant

A US senior-care network was triaging incoming patient calls the way most clinics still do - a human at a front desk, an Excel sheet, and a printed escalation tree on the wall. Urgent cases sometimes waited; routine cases sometimes got prioritised. They wanted an AI assistant that could listen to the symptoms a patient described in plain English, ask a few clarifying follow-ups, score urgency against the clinic''s own protocol, and surface a recommended next step (book GP, refer to specialist, send to ED) to the front-desk nurse for confirmation. We built it on a fine-tuned Llama-2 reasoning layer wrapped in a strict guardrail policy: the model never tells the patient a diagnosis, never overrides a clinician, and always defers to a human on the borderline cases. Every interaction is logged with the model''s confidence so the medical director can audit, retrain, and tighten the protocol.

AI Recommendation Engine
Retail

AI Recommendation Engine

A national online retailer''s product catalogue had grown to over 50,000 SKUs across home, electronics, and apparel - and the storefront was still running the same vanilla collaborative-filtering recommender it had launched with five years earlier. Two-thirds of "Recommended for you" slots were either out-of-stock items or things the customer had already bought. We rebuilt the recommendation layer as a hybrid model: collaborative filtering on the long-tail of behavioural data, a transformer model for session-level intent, and a real-time inventory + margin signal layered on top so the storefront never recommends something we cannot actually ship. The model is served from a managed feature store with sub-50ms latency, and a daily evaluation job watches CTR, conversion, and revenue-per-session before promoting any new model version into production.

Remote Production & Client Portal Platform for a Photography Studio Group

A photography studio group running remote, on-camera shoots across geographies needed a single platform for clients, photographers, admin, and finance. We built a Zoho Creator app that unified the entire shoot lifecycle: a leadership dashboard showing project progress and embedded video previews; a client section with intake forms, payment tracking, shoot stages, photo uploads, and automated email at every milestone; an admin layer for employee, background-image, and coupon management; configurable background reports with auto-email; studio image management; and a library of customizable email templates. Remote shoots stopped being a coordination nightmare.

Workflow First

This keeps the recommendation practical: Zoho where it fits, custom where it helps, and AI only where it removes real review work.

01

Map the workflow

We start with how work moves today: people, records, approvals, delays, and the reports leadership needs.

02

Choose the build path

We decide what belongs in Zoho, what needs custom screens, and where AI can reduce review work.

03

Ship in usable phases

Each phase has a clear output, review point, handover notes, and a path into support after launch.

Questions

Zoho One, Odoo, or custom?

Depends on your size, complexity, and team. Most SMBs win with Zoho One. Mid-market with manufacturing complexity often wins with Odoo. Custom is reserved for cases where neither fits.

How long is a full implementation?

Small: 6-10 weeks. Mid-market: 3-6 months. Large or multi-entity: 6-12 months. Always shipped in waves, never a single big-bang.

What about training?

Role-based training, recorded sessions, written SOPs, and 90 days of hyper-care support included. Adoption is part of the deliverable, not an afterthought.
